Bonetti/Kozerski Studio in collaboration with Perkins Eastman Architects created an innovative design for Avenues’ flagship New York City campus, a 15-grade school that will serve students from age three through 12th grade.
The structure, housed in a 1928 Cass Gilbert designed building adjacent the High Line in Chelsea, exemplifies a best practice approach to contemporary school design. Derived from a number of innovations in other areas, the design combines the best from the fields of technology, ergonomics and environmental design with the experience of top educators and school administrators from around the world.
